Pride Cup 2019

VEWSA celebrates 30th Anniversary with Pride Cup 2019, the epic finale to the Victorian Powerchair Sports League 2018/19 season!

Pride Cup 2019 proudly sponsored by Pride Mobility is the culmination of the 2018/19 VPSL season! Dragons and Scorpions will clash in a best of three series, involving one game of each sport, Powerchair Football, Rugby League and Powerchair Hockey. The Dragons go in as favourites after claiming the Powerchair Football and Powerchair Hockey premierships but the Scorpions have won 4 out of 5 Pride Cups. Which way will it go at Pride Cup 2019!?

It’s the best time to check out powerchair sports and meet Victoria’s best powerchair athletes. The Pride Cup is our most exciting and most competitive event on our calendar. If you know of anyone that might be interested in either participating in powerchair sports or perhaps volunteering, please feel free to invite them along as this is the perfect opportunity to see the sports in action.

You will also get the opportunity to meet our representative team Victorian Pride Warriors who will be travelling to Sydney for the 34th National Electric Wheelchair Sports event the following week.
