Summary
This is a big match with a unique rivalry this year. The last of the Quarter Finals to determine who will face off against Central Coast Mariners in Semi Final #2.
A fantastic tussel in the midfield came to a head just after the five minute mark when Sarah Kerr flicked the ball back to Rebecca Evans who fired it home to open the scoring for Perth Glory.
The remainder of the first half would remain scoreless despite some very close football and intense one-on-one battles. Both teams had scoring opportunities but were unable to capitalise.
The second half proved to be much the same with Perth holding more possession and movements forward into the area. They were however unable to add to their goal in the first half. The ran out winners progressing to the Semi Final with a 1-0 win.
