The Powerchair Hockey World Championships will take place on 24 September – 1 October 2018. The groups were drawn last week where Australia were allocated Group B alongside Belgium, Denmark and Germany. United States will join the Powerchair Hockey World Championship for the first time, a great step forward for the sport.
Athletes from Victoria will be trying out for a spot on the Victorian State Team during the current 2017/18 Summer Season that will compete at National Electric Wheelchair Sports in April 2018. During the National event, a squad will be chosen to represent Australia at the World Championships in Italy.
